Lab Blown Film Extrusion
The lab blown film extrusion line is composed of a single screw extruder, blown film die. Its design principle is to extrude molten plastic resin through a circular mold, fill it with air, and then cool and flatten it into a film to produce plastic films.
Desktop blown film extrusion lines are commonly used in research laboratories, small-scale production facilities, or educational settings where space is limited, and smaller batches of film are required. They offer versatility and flexibility for experimenting with different types of plastic resins and producing various types of films for packaging, agricultural, or other applications.
Functions & Features
- Adopting an international brand motor for the extruder to make the plasticization stable and constant.
- Using a brand melt pressure and temperature sensor to ensure highly
- Adopting SIEMENS TFT touch screen and SIEMENS PLC control system, which are highly intelligent and easy to operate.
- Double safety protection of machinery and electrical appliances.
- Prescription Storage.
